Ive been to countless auto shops in my life, and this place is A++. I always do a trick to test the place by giving them a chance to upsell me something, in this case 4 tires and an alignment. The sales manager (Debi Rum) didnt try and sell me tires i didnt need and gave the best deal possible! The mechanic, Joshua was very knowledgeable and now im riding up rt 4 at 65mph smooth as hell! GREAT WORK AT THIS GRANADOS IN LUSBY ON COVE POINT RD, WILL RETURN HERE EVERYTIME!
I spent all morning yesterday at Granados tire! Just want to say once again you all did an outstanding job on my jeep. I had my tires replaced, oil change and alignment done. I am so at home her with all of them but special thanks to Chris , who I believe takes care and looks out for me each time as he would his own mother makes me feel so special. His professionalism and mannerism is so above and beyond but more so he is honest, caring and goes out of his way to accommodate me and guess what I am the blessed one here. Also, Debi is great! love talking to her she always makes anyone's day that goes there. I would recommend Granados to anyone looking for good prices and honest hard working dedicated people. I used this place several times last year and I am embarrassed to say I even recommended them because I thought they were trustworthy. Obviously that was false. After having trouble with my car and it breaking down on me, I had it towed here Wednesday and asked for a full diagnostic. They informed me it would need a new starter before they could even continue checking it out. Bought the part and they installed it. Called me Saturday to say it was done and assured me they looked it over and it was running fine, though may need a new battery at some point. I agreed they could leave the key in and I would pick it up when I could. Arrive today and it would start then immediately turn back off. So after several hundred dollars my husband still had to work on it just so we could get it away from there since they are clearly incapable of taking care of it. To top it off, I arrive to find my drivers side window completely open. It was unable to move before so who ever did it had to force it down themselves then left my car completely open and just wrote a note on my receipt instead of calling me to let me know. Will never use again and will most definitely recommend anyone thinking of using them to go elsewhere.
Very professional. We brought our van here due to a engine failure. Although it took a little longer than expected...they were extremely professional and did not rush and made sure that everything was in order also would like to thank their Technician Dan who completed the work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
I explained my car diagnostics said a cylinder 1 misfire so I had already checked and changed the spark plugs and ignition coil. This guy told me it may be the new spark plugs.... the new spark plugs created the issue I was already having. He seemed annoyed talking to me at all, honestly.
I had taken my car in to replace a tire before, and was happy with that. But this? I took my keys back and I'm finding another place.
