This is a smaller gym but has all the equipment for a great workout. More so than that, is the staff who are so helpful and friendly. This is something that can be amiss in a larger gym. I'm very satisfied with this establishment.
Very Small gym. Does not have alot of lifting equipment.
Small, but friendly and efficient. The gym has almost everything you need and quite convenient.. (Wish it had a bit more room for stretching and off equipment workout)
I have neighbor who has physical problems and am putting him in touch with a trainer so he will get professional help he needs on each visit.
Overall the gym is very lacking. Leg press machine is very awkward and not great for legs. Doesn't really have a great selection of other machines. Dumbbell section is relatively small and the gym gets crowded quickly.
I joined World Gym a couple of weeks ago at the California Gym. The treatment I got was excellent but the noise level is extremely high with pounding rock music. I went to the Lusby Gym and found the same warm, courteous staff without the noise. The machines are new and being added on to every day. I had no trouble operating any machine and developing the same routine I had in California, MD.
So far I find this place a very nice place to be.
